1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BountyBridge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What BountyBridge Is

BountyBridge is a marketplace connecting Launchers, who post paid task campaigns, with Hunters, who complete tasks in exchange for payment in Naira or USDT. BountyBridge reviews campaigns and submissions but is not a party to the underlying task itself — Launchers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of their campaigns.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use BountyBridge. You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your account.

4. Launcher Obligations

• Campaign budgets, including the platform fee, must be funded in full before a campaign goes live
• Campaigns must not request illegal activity, harassment, or content that violates applicable law
• All campaigns are subject to admin review and may be rejected at BountyBridge's discretion, with the funded budget refunded to your wallet

5. Hunter Obligations

• Submitted proof of task completion must be genuine — fabricated, plagiarized, or misleading submissions may result in rejection and account suspension
• Each Hunter may submit once per campaign, unless a prior submission was rejected while the campaign remains active
• Attempting to manipulate task categories, referral flows, or reviews through automated tools, bots, or duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of unpaid balances

6. Payments and Fees

BountyBridge charges a 12% platform fee on every campaign's reward budget, shown to Launchers before a campaign is submitted. Withdrawal fees and minimums apply as displayed at the time of withdrawal and may change with notice.

Naira transactions are processed via Paystack. Crypto transactions use USDT on the BEP20 network only, unless otherwise stated. BountyBridge is not responsible for funds lost due to an incorrect wallet address or bank detail provided by the user.

7. Cryptocurrency Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. You are solely responsible for verifying wallet addresses and network selection before sending or requesting funds. BountyBridge is not liable for losses resulting from user error, network congestion, or third-party wallet or exchange issues.

8. Admin Review and Discretion

All campaigns and submissions are subject to human review. BountyBridge reserves the right to approve, reject, or request changes to any campaign or submission at its discretion, and to suspend accounts suspected of fraud, spam, or abuse of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

BountyBridge is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between Hunters and Launchers, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; any verified pending balance will be settled according to our standard withdrawal process.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BountyBridge after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
